- Camera Images: Photos captured through the app for attendance verification and document uploads.
- Business Data: Estimates, customer information, product details, leads, tasks, and other business-related data entered into the system.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Attendance Tracking: Photos and location data are used to verify employee attendance at designated work locations.
- Business Operations: Customer data, estimates, and product information are used for day-to-day business operations.
- Salary Processing: Attendance records are used for calculating salaries, overtime, and leave management.

3. Camera and Location Permissions
Camera: The App requests camera access solely for capturing attendance selfies during clock-in/clock-out and for uploading business documents. Photos are uploaded to our secure servers and are not shared with third parties.
Location: The App requests location access only during clock-in and clock-out to verify your presence at an authorized work location. Location is captured as a single point-in-time reading and is not continuously tracked.
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption.
- Data is stored on secure servers with access controls.
- Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device and can be cleared by logging out or clearing app data.
- Attendance photos are stored on our servers and accessible only to authorized administrators.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only:
- With authorized administrators and managers within Quality Colours Paint Shop for business operations.
- When required by law or legal proceedings.
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of our business or employees.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Attendance records and salary data are retained as per applicable labor law requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting your administrator.

The App is intended for use by employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
